Nancy was born and raised in central Massachusetts but ever since she can remember her heart was pulled west - towards the mountains. When the opportunity arose for her to move to Colorado and work in the Keystone area after finishing college she was packed and gone the next day. She never looked back.
While working at Keystone she met Doug, who knew her love for the mountains would/should eventually take her to Taos. Having skied all over the East and all over Colorado she knew nothing could come close to what Taos had to offer. She had found her home and Taos has been home since that day in 1980.
Since the ski bumming days did not offer much in the way of income, Nancy has been forced to find alternate sources of income. She has worked in the real estate field for over 13 years and feels from personal investments and from helping clients buy and sell property. She has a good working knowledge of both Taos and the real estate market.
Nancy is currently a 5 term treasurer for the Taos County Association of Realtors. She has always been involved in civic organizations and volunteer work including working as a long term board member of Casa de Corazon, most notably known as a group home for adolescent girls.
